¨ his father is half dead on the bed, with one limb
¨ his mother needs to go hospital urgently
¨ his wallet is in the car / somewhere while need your IC / money to check in hotel (sometimes, he uses it for other purposes without your knowledge)
¨ he wants to commit suicide in front of you immediately
¨ he wants to change for a better person and stand up by himself from now on
¨ his suppliers and contractors are all loan sharks, forcing him to death if he refuse to pay sky high interest, as such he is forced to borrow from loan shark
¨ he is willing to give you a cheque so that you could bank in immediately (this cheques are invalid)
¨ you are his only friend in this world, he needs your support mentally
¨ and many many many more, he has the flair to speak differently under different situations- A BORN CON MAN
WHAT DID HE DO ALL THESE WHILE AND BEFORE HE RAN AWAY?
Ø He under quote clients (below suppliers’ cost) in order to secure big projects repeatedly at the expense of suppliers and contractors. He took the money from clients and put it in his own pocket.
Ø He won’t forego any opportunity of getting his prey. From tuition teacher, corporate clients, staffs, family friends, friends’ friends, or even somebody he doesn’t know etc… HOLY….
Ø He forged signatures of others in his agreement and invalid cheques.
Ø He issued agreement and invoice to collect payment from clients with other’s company names and claimed that those are his partners
Ø He collected down payment from clients and went missing
Ø He borrowed loan sharks money, using cut and paste IC pictures, using other’s IC no. and address
Ø He conned loan shark’s and friends monies even 1 or 2 days before he run away
Ø He left a love letter stating that he has gone to hells and heavens on the day he went missing
It is not the victims are stupid, most victims knew him for long and have been extremely careful with shields and weapons. Steve Leong Wai Keong is simply too smart to read you before your could read yourself………without you realizing it………..
