这一次的主角不是人物，是一间 cafe house---> 数目站

受害人和妈妈，姐姐在 11-11-2008 星期二在该店晚餐，那里的服务员就是没有礼貌，感觉好像要死要死一样。

他们还是点了两份鸡扒饭和两杯 hot chocolate, 妈妈只点了一杯饮品。

Hot chocolate 来了，姐姐不停的搅拌。（因为没有搅拌均匀）　受害人直接就喝了两口，突然觉得嘴巴有一片东西。　原本还以为是没搅拌均匀，吐出来看才知道原来是一只死蟑螂！！！

他们向服务员投诉，他一言不发就把蟑螂扫下地然后就直接把那杯 hot chocolate 拿开。受害人很生气的跑去厕所吐。回到座位的时候发现姐姐的 hot chocolate 里也有蟑螂。这家店的卫生可想而知。这次他们就拍下了两张照片然后把经理叫来。没想到经理的反应和服务员一样，没有道歉也没有解释。


过后他们 e-mail 去总部，竟然也没有回应。所以受害人希望借助网络的力量把这事实公诸于世。
